The Power of Making A Decision and Taking Massive Action…

The Power of Making A Decision & Taking Massive Action…

decision makingHave you ever thought about the power behind simply making a decision? Let’s go back to a time when you made an important or an otherwise scary decision…

Maybe it was the day you asked your girlfriend out on your first date.

What about the day you reached into your wallet for your last few bucks to start a home business or online business?

You see there are two kinds of people in the world…

People who make decisions fast and swiftly,

and

People who can’t think for themselves and need their parent or coach to make important decisions for them.

I remember in high school all my friends and teachers kept talking about going to college and all the ‘benefits’ to attending a university. They said it would lead you to the life of your dreams if you made a decision to attend college, and then took massive action by working hard to secure your spot at some lucrative university.

So I was sitting there in class, and I had to make the decision as to whether or not I was going to mentally go “all in” my studies so I could get a spot at some community college or hopefully a university.

I thought about all the people who I knew that attended college, and looked at their income and lifestyle to see if it was a match for what I was looking to achieve. Unfortunately most of them were still in debt trying to pay off their student loans, and working a dead end $8hr job. So I made the fast, and swift decision to drop out of high school and pursue my dream as an entrepreneur.

Did it work right away?

Fuck no…

I started offering guitar & bass lessons on Craigslist.

Even landscaping services…

landscape businessI didn’t have a business license, trailer or any of the proper tools needed to run a landscaping business. All I had was a push lawnmower, a weedwacker, and the desire to make money as quickly as possible.

After posting ads on Craigslist and leaving flyers on peoples driveways, we got a few clients. My goal was simply to get enough clients so that I could put gas in my truck, eat breakfast lunch or dinner that day, and pay my friend Andrew Tiffany who was helping me mow these random peoples lawns…

Some months we made enough to money to eat good everyday, and get a full tank of gas…

Other months we lost clients, had to repair or buy new equipment… We lost money.

But what happened over the span of that year or so?

I learned what it was like to live on the edge.

I now understood why so many people prefer being self employed, or small business owners. Even though cutting grass under the hot, South Florida sun all day wasn’t ideal, I quickly learned that I would rather be broke and self employed then be filthy rich working for somebody else.

Just the thought of waking up when I want and setting my own hours was the shit!

But waking up at 5am to go be an employee for somebody else seemed like something that should be left for the people who can’t make decisions on their own.

My grandfather always told me this.

“Some people are literally afraid to make decisions, let alone tough decisions…”

They need a boss to make decisions for them.

You are scheduled to work 5am-3pm Monday-Friday because your boss made that decision.

If you made the decision to stop being such a wimp, and learn how to literally create your own economy like I teach in my new book, you could literally go from working 6 days a week to 2 days a week at your job because you make more from home, eventually quitting that ‘job scam’ once and for all…

buy what's working now MLM

Just remember folks,

It all starts with a decision…

…followed by massive action!

I will see the decision makers on the beaches of the world!

Should you Go To College Vs. Starting A Home Business?

Should you Go To College Vs. Starting A Home Business?

college debt crisisHey everybody, Joe Stewart here with a quick article I wrote for you guys today where I plan on explaining the differences between going to college or starting a home based business instead. There are hundreds of alternatives to college these days.

I will go over a few key reasons why college is no longer the way to go unless you plan on becoming a doctor or lawyer. If you are simply going to college to earn a living and ‘make a lot of money’ then you are at the wrong place.

Alternatives to College

College teaches you how to work for somebody else (your boss) and make them rich. Starting a home based business teaches you real life business skills such as marketing, personal development, as well as how to have power and confidence when dealing with people while negotiating a crucial business deal. On top of that, it costs tens of thousands of dollars LESS to start a home business then attend college for 2-8 years.

college debtOn the other hand… All of my friends who attended what I like to call “that college scam” are now $10-$80k in debt. They are still flipping burgers at McDonalds, and are in debt up to their eyeballs.

They have more stress than heart surgeons, and literally have no time to hang out with friends and family. Isn’t the reason you went to college in the first place was to make money, learn to be debt free, and spend time with family?

Ha… now THAT is funny! 😉

So the choice is really up to you my friends… There is absolutely nothing wrong with going to college! If your dream is to become a lawyer, scientist or doctor then you MUST go to college.

But if your just going to college because you think a bachelors or masters degree will take you to the next income level… think again. The higher you are on the corporate ladder, the more your company owns you and will be expecting you to work 40-80 hours per week to maintain your job at the top of the ladder. But what is that going to do to your family life? When will you have time to see your kids? Have a nice night out with your husband or wife?

So which do you prefer gang… More money? Or more time freedom?

Why You Must Invest In Education… Not Necessarily College Though

Why You Must Invest In Education… Not Necessarily College Though

college scamHello my friends! First off I would like to thank you for stopping by my web site today! So if you have found yourself on this blog post then I would assume you were on Google doing some research on why you should invest in yourself through an education, but not necessarily through college. So what exactly do I mean by that?

Lets just face the facts folks…

If your looking to LEARN something, like a trade or how to become a doctor or lawyer, than yes… You must invest in your higher education and go to college for many years so you can work in the career path of your choice.

On the other hand…

If your looking to make a lot of money, then going to college is probably the wrong place to be… Why do I say that? Well for one, the 4-10 years that you are attending college you are obviously going to accumulate a lot of debt and a lot of interest on top of that debt in the years to come. Along with spending a lot more money then you usually would just being in college with all your friends and hot girls.

So if your looking to make a lot of money right now, without the college piece of paper, what should you do?

Well from my personal experience, starting a business from home is your best bet… And yes, you can start your own business without a college piece of paper. Hell, you could start one without a high school diploma, it doesn’t really matter… All you need is a few hundred bucks to start and the drive and determination to make that hundred bucks back and then get into the profit.

So obviously if your going to start your own business, you will need to educate yourself and invest in that learning process heavily. The people who are afraid to invest in their education don’t truly want success that bad…

You are going to need to take marketing courses online, where you learn how to generate traffic to the website of your business and all of your companies social media networks like your Facebook fan page, Youtube, Twitter and so on… Without investing in marketing training and strategies you are going to waste a lot of money in the long run hiring other people who charge a lot of money (like me) to do work that you should have learned how to do yourself.is college a waste of time

I would also recommend investing in monthly subscriptions to websites, or magazines affiliated with your business choice. If you start a home business like I did, you would probably read Success and Success From Home magazine, Networking Times, Forbes, Fortune and so on… These monthly magazines always have up to date tricks and tools for sale (or free) to help you build your business.

The best part about these marketing courses and magazines/books from the library? They are all cheap… You will never accumulate debt like you would through that college scam by taking some home based marketing courses from gurus like Mike Dillard or Frank Kern etc.

What I have realized now, is that even without that college piece of paper, and only going through a handful of these proven marketing and business tactics courses, I am earning more money then all of my friends who have Associates, Bachelors, and even Masters Degrees.

I don’t say that brag, I say that to show you there is an alternative way… I mean seriously what rule book states that you MUST go to college to become successful? Didn’t Bill Gates and Zuckerburg drop out? I think they made out okay…

I can’t WAIT to hear your success story!

If you want to start working for yourself but feel you don’t have the money then you’re wrong. If you have a computer and space to put it then you have all you need. You can also start you home business and work it around your job. You can gradually commit more time as your home business grows.

If you’re tired of your job and really want to work for yourself then stop making excuses and do it.

Though affiliate marketing programs and selling services you will find that having your home business is easier than you think.

All it takes is time and a commitment to succeed…

let me in now

By taking advantage of the affiliate marketing programs that are currently available to you on this very page, you can make money and improve your marketing skills. Remember, you can always expand into other areas and venture out totally on your own later. Right now, get marketing and get clicking.
